Making History

sewers, really is “making history,” as it’s
probably the most traditional quilt we
have ever taught. But a traditional
quilt pattern rendered in today’s
contemporary fabrics makes for a very
dynamic result. Come see the sample
quilt at the store!
Bali Bowls

Best suited to intermediate sewers, in
this class students will cover cotton
clothesline with bali batik strips to
make beautiful color-washed bowls. A
diverse way to use fabrics, especially
our new Batik Jelly Rolls or use fabrics
from your stash. ***Please be aware
that this class requires you to bring
your own machine that you are
familiar with, in good working condition,
with a walking foot.***

Students will go home with a finished
bag, perfect for a carry-on, a short trip,
or over-sized every day bag. Skills
learned include making and inserting
bias-covered piping and inserting
zippers. ***This class requires you to
bring your own machine that you are
familiar with, in good working condition,
with a walking foot and a zipper
foot. There will also be some homework
required.***
Turning Twenty

Insomnia
