PROFESSIONALISM

We placed this order for a very difficult to find part. Our local dealer said the part was not available and Volvo North America did not have them.
We ordered the part through Marine Parts Express on Saturday. On Monday AM I was told By MPE that the part may be hard to locate for the same reasons.
Around noon I called and spoke to J.D., he was able to locate the part and shipped it FedEx to the marina where we sat waiting. Less than 24 hours later it is installed on our engine. I want to commend Marine Parts Express for its service and JD for his helpfulness, professionalism and ability to get the job done.

MY WEEKEND WAS SAVED

I just wanted to say thank you. I contacted over 15 retailers (both near and far) last week looking for a replacement belt for our Baja 275 (496 MAG engine). No one could help me as the part was on factory backorder from Mercury. Everyone was telling me the supply had been depleted and they wouldn't start shipping from Mercury until March 12th. I called you and even though some of the computer systems were down you still found me a belt and had it to my home in Bonita Springs Friday afternoon. My weekend was saved as Saturday was gorgeous and we are a boating family. I got that belt on in the morning and we spent the day out and about. All of this was great and even better was your price. I paid the same price that it would have cost me to drive to a local retailer (if they had the part) and that included expedited shipping to FL (I ordered on a Wednesday and it was here Friday before noon). I just wanted to say thanks. You run a great business and I will be sure to use you again in the near future and recommend you to friends both in the local boating community and online! Thank you,

GOOD news your shipment (SW Pump, gaskets etc) arrived at the house this morning.  Great service & delivery - six days from order placement to parts arrival!!  .... Maine must be coming into the worst part of winter about now - here on the Sunshine Coast (100 Km north of Brisbane) we are coming out of the southern summer and enduring temps around 90F - perhaps shouldn't have mentioned that tho!!
